Two years ago and he said "well

The song by saying that he always felt sorry
For pennies because pennies are kinda
The underdog of coins
And that he always roots for the underdog
And I was sitting in
The audience listening to
Him say that and I thought "oh
What a punk! What a
Great idea for a song!" So I uh, so after
The show was over with, I said "hey man
That was a great idea
But you ended up writing something totally
Different than what I would have written
You went a whole different
Direction, so do you care if I try to write a
Song like that?" and he
Said, "no, that's fine, i don't care"
And six months or so later I called Eric
Up and I said "oh man, guess what
I finally finished that
Song, I titled it 'Spare Change'"
And he kinda was silent on the phone, and
He goes "well, andrew
That's what I titled my penny song"
So this is called Loose Change
