The prehistoric sharks grew fins and gills

We also get depressed just
For mundane reasons
We often emphasize with the food we're eatin'

But we never see a penny in royalties

Some of us hate our
Overbites and jagged teeth
So we resort to drastic plastic surgery

It's just an old wives tale
We keep it locked up inside
We just wish that fish could wail
